劲力是武术运动中所惯用的名称,无论那种拳、械都具有自己独立的劲力风格和特点。被称为三大内家拳之一的形意拳其劲力风格也非常独特。形意拳在练习时要符合它的规格即顶头、竖颈、松肩、坠肘,撑掌、塌腕、含胸拔背、敛臀提肛等,只有技术规范化,身体各部位达到高度协调,形、神,意三者高度统一了,形意拳的内劲才能逐渐地形成。
